I was watching the news today and found out that elementary through high school students in Provincetown, MA will have access to free condoms through their school nurses, even though their parents may object. I get the High School students part, even though I don't agree with the practice, but seriously...do we need to have that same policy for ELEMENTARY and JR HIGH students as well? What about actually implementing a better sex education plan in schools? Let's try and REALLY teach children what sex is about, why abstinence is a better choice, and the huge responsibilities that come with parenthood. Let's even keep showing birthing videos, if that's what it takes. I'm surprised that the decision vote came to a 4-0 conclusion. Surely there has to be a better solution than simply handing out free condoms. What do you guys think?

This is so sad to know this is happening! It's strange that people figure they can't teach kids to abstain, so they might as well just give them condoms. Lame.
