The Latest Trends in Real Estate

Real Estate agents may need to start looking for a different alternative to increase their sales. Instead of turning to real estate agents, many families/parents of the recent months have turned to hiring an educational consultant to help them to show them where the best schools are. These parents are willing to pay a much higher price for a smaller home just so their children will be in the zone to enter that school. In NYC for example, the Upper West Side, which according to educational consultants, have some of the best public schools, are so overcrowded by parents who move there deliberately, that the public schools have waiting lists.
