An interesting fact about READING!

According to Kenneth Wesson, an education consultant in San Jose, CA, who specializes in the neuroscience of learning, reading can boosts children's memory and attention span. He explains: "To understand a story, children have to hold in mind what happened on the preceding pages. So to grasp the last page, they have to keep all the earlier pages in their working memory."  This also means that your child has to be attentive to remember those details.
